  • Florence Wedding Videographer | Villa Merlo Nero, Tuscany | hayley narvaez films

A Florence wedding at Villa Merlo Nero filled with love, laughter, and timeless Tuscan charm. Discover this beautiful Italy destination wedding story. Harper and jonathan wedding in florence, Italy Harper & Jonathan’s Romantic Tuscany Destination Wedding at Villa Merlo Nero | Italy Wedding Videographer Villa Merlo Nero | Tuscany, Italy 28 June 2025 Vendors: Wedding planner: Simona Cappitelli Band: Britpops Florist: Biancospino Catering: Delizia Hayley, Thank you so so much!! This sneak peek is incredible and we can’t wait to see more. You did a wonderful job capturing the day and we are so so thankful you were able to join us. the sneak peek Some love stories begin in the most unexpected places, and for Harper & Jonathan, theirs started at a bar in early 2020, just before the world changed. What began as a chance encounter grew into a relationship built on the simple things: quiet nights at home with their dog, late-night conversations, discovering new favourite restaurants and creating a life together filled with connection and laughter. When they began planning their wedding, they dreamed of a celebration that would reflect who they are, a day filled with joy, warmth, and, most importantly, love. After much thought, they chose Villa Merlo Nero, Tuscany, Italy , the perfect place to say “I do.” Tucked away in the Tuscan countryside, it was the perfect setting for Harper & Jonathan’s wedding day. Moments I Loved Capturing One of my favourite things about filming destination weddings is that every couple creates a completely different feeling. Some weddings are full of big, energetic celebrations, while others are about the quieter moments, the meaningful glances and the feeling of being surrounded by the people you love most. Harper & Jonathan’s wedding at Villa Merlo Nero was exactly that. The setting itself was incredible, the beauty of Tuscany creating the most beautiful backdrop for their day. The warmth of the villa and the feeling of being tucked away together made every moment feel so intimate and special. The day itself brought an extra challenge, with temperatures reaching a sweltering 40 degrees, but everyone embraced it completely. Instead of taking away from the celebration, it became part of the memory, guests finding shade, sharing laughs, bathing in aperol spritz and still coming together to celebrate Harper & Jonathan with so much joy and energy. I also loved the live musicians throughout the day. There is something so timeless about live music at a wedding, the way it fills a space, creates atmosphere and adds another layer of emotion to the moments unfolding around you. One of my favourite moments to capture was their cake cutting. But this wasn’t just a traditional cake moment, Harper & Jonathan actually had the chance to create their own cake alongside the chefs at Villa Merlo Nero before sharing it with their guests. There was something so special about watching them be part of creating this experience together. It wasn’t just about the finished cake, but the laughter, connection and memory they created along the way. As their videographer, it was a true honour to capture their day. For me, that is what makes destination weddings so special. It’s not just about how a day looks, but how it feels, the people, the atmosphere and the memories that will live on long after the final dance. • Margaret River Wedding Videographer | Hayley Narvaez

Mitch and Kaidy's Margaret River wedding at Eight Willows Retreat. Colourful and bold weddings Mitch and Kaidy Margaret River wedding | WA Kaidy & Mitch’s Colourful Wedding | A Celebration of Joy, Culture & Big Energy Eight Willows Retreat, MArgaret River 29 November 2025 Vendors: Videographer: Hayley Narvaez Films Photographer: Amelia Claire photo Florals: Signature Floral Design Celebrant: Kirk Goodsell Venue: Eight Willows Retreat Sneak Peek Some weddings have a colour palette. Others have a personality. Kaidy & Mitch’s wedding was both. From the moment the day began, it was clear this celebration was a reflection of who they are, bold, colourful, joyful and full of life. With vibrant pinks, bright florals and playful details throughout the day, their wedding felt like an extension of Kaidy’s free-spirited and bubbly personality. Every detail added to the feeling of a celebration that wasn’t afraid to be fun and completely themselves. Moments I Loved Capturing One of my favourite things about wedding days is when couples don’t hold back. When they bring their energy, their personalities and their own traditions into the celebration, it creates moments that simply can’t be replicated. Their wedding film needed to feel like them, full of movement, colour, laughter and the kind of energy that makes you smile while watching it back. One of the most memorable touches was the Estonian tradition they incorporated into their day. Throughout the celebration, guests would call out “kiba” (a tradition where guests encourage the couple to kiss), creating a fun and interactive moment that brought everyone together. It was such a beautiful way to include a piece of family heritage while adding even more personality to their celebration. A Celebration Full of Energy The sparkler tunnel was another highlight and such a fun moment to capture. The excitement, the movement and everyone cheering as Kaidy & Mitch made their way through perfectly captured the atmosphere of the day. But honestly, what I loved most about their wedding was the energy they brought themselves. Some couples naturally create a feeling around them, and Kaidy & Mitch were exactly that. They laughed, they celebrated and they embraced every moment, which was exactly what they wanted their wedding film to capture. Their wedding was a reminder that the best films aren’t just created through beautiful locations or details. They come from couples who are fully present, surrounded by people they love, creating memories that feel completely and unapologetically theirs. And Kaidy & Mitch’s day was full of that. • Linga Longa Wedding Videographer | Hayley Narvaez

A vibrant Linga Longa Estate wedding. Ben & Lis’s cinematic film captures laughter, vows & bold storytelling by Perth videographer Hayley Narvaez Ben and lis-marie Linga longa WEDDING | western australia Lis & Ben’s Linga Longa Wedding Weekend | A Celebration of Creativity, Connection & Fun Building A Life With You Linga Longa Estate | Southampton 17 January 2025 Vendors: Videographer: Hayley Narvaez FIlms Photographer: Victoria Baker Coordinator: Confetti and Co Celebrant: Liz Quicke Celebrant Venue: Linga Longa Estate "Oh my god! Wow! This is absolutely extraordinary! We sat down on Valentine's Day and watched it on repeat. The video is just so beautiful, fun and joyful. We are so grateful for your incredible vision and for capturing the weekend so spectacularly. The extra mile you went to capturing some footage of our friends and family enjoying the lake on Friday means the world to us. It is not missed on us that you dealt with the rain and managing your own family throughout that afternoon. Thankyou for all your efforts. This will be something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. You're the best!" Some weddings feel like a single day. Others feel like an entire experience. Lis & Ben’s wedding was exactly that, a weekend filled with adventure, creativity, connection and so many moments that felt completely and uniquely them. Set amongst the beauty of Linga Longa, they created a celebration that wasn’t just about the wedding day itself, but about slowing down, spending quality time with the people they love and creating memories together along the way. As a filmmaker this wedding was an absolute creative delight and it was truely an honour to be a part of it all. More Than Just a Wedding Day One of my favourite things about weddings is when couples don’t just plan an event, they create an experience. Before Lis & Ben even said “I do”, the celebrations had already begun. Their friends and family gathered at Linga Longa for a weekend of glamping, relaxing and making memories together. The day before the wedding was everything a weekend celebration should be. Swimming in the lake, jumping from the inflatable trampoline, relaxing with friends and family, playing board games, volleyball in the rain and simply enjoying being together. They even spent time creating their own designer glasses for the wedding, using all sorts of materials and letting everyone bring their creativity to life. It was such a perfect reflection of who Lis & Ben are, playful, imaginative and never afraid to do things their own way. Moments I Loved Capturing It is honestly hard to choose what I loved most about Lis & Ben’s wedding because every part of the weekend felt special. Their ceremony at the Forest Cathedral was one of those moments where you almost couldn’t believe the setting was real. Surrounded by towering trees and the beauty of nature, it felt incredibly peaceful and almost otherworldly. But what made the ceremony even more unforgettable were their vows. While editing their film, there were so many moments where everything came full circle. Hearing their words, then pairing them with the moments that unfolded throughout the weekend, reminded me exactly why wedding films are so powerful. They allow couples to relive not just what happened, but what it felt like. A Wedding Built Through Creativity One of the things I loved most about Lis & Ben’s day was how much of themselves they poured into every detail. Lis created all of the floral arrangements herself, adding such a personal touch to the celebration. She also designed and made her own after-party dress , another beautiful example of the thought, creativity and love that went into every part of their wedding. Nothing felt copied or expected. Every detail felt like an extension of who they are. The Party And then came the dance floor. Possibly one of the most fun dance floors I have ever captured. With an incredible five-piece brass band bringing the energy, guests dressed up in an array of costumes, their handmade glasses making another appearance and everyone dancing like nobody was watching, it was the perfect ending to a weekend that had been filled with so much joy. This was exactly what Lis & Ben wanted, a celebration where everyone felt free to be themselves, where the focus was on connection, laughter and creating memories together. Lis & Ben reminded me why I love filming weddings . The best celebrations aren’t always about following traditions or creating something perfect. They’re about creating something that feels like you. And this weekend was unmistakably Lis & Ben. View Kate and Chris' wedding

  • Perth Wedding Videographer | Hayley Narvaez Films

A Perth city wedding at Mounts Bay Yacht Club. Wes Anderson Inspired wedding captured by Hayley Narvaez Films. Angie and harley Perth | Western Australia ETERNALLY IN YOUR ORBIT Mounts Bay Yacht Club | Perth 12 April 2025 Vendors: Videography: Hayley Narvaez Films Photographer: Diego Nieto Celebrant: Holly Ferguson DJ: Joe Boshell HMUA: Mitonix Artistry Catering: Shucks & Nibs, Spin Catering, Peko Peko, Layers Bakery, Chichi Gelato "I’m balling, the film is so beautiful, you captured the day perfectly, I am so glad I was able to connect with you and have a video that contains all these amazing memories! Wow, so much was covered and in such a fun rollercoaster of storytelling. We’re in our own blockbuster. On the night I was so overwhelmed so it is fantastic to look back and really take in the words, I didn’t realise how perfect it all truly was. Thank you again for taking us on board so last minute. What a massive effort and the result really shows. " The sneak peek For Angie & Harley, their wedding day was never about creating something that looked perfect. They described it beautifully as “an ocean of emotions crashing against a shore of good vibes.” At the heart of their day was the feeling of being surrounded by the people they love, celebrating everything they had built together and stepping into this next chapter surrounded by family and friends. Moments I Loved Capturing One of the things I loved most about Angie & Harley’s wedding was how much personality they brought into every single detail. They gave me the opportunity to step outside the traditional wedding film style and explore something a little more playful, creative and unexpected. Their vision challenged me in the best way possible and inspired me to look at storytelling from a different perspective. From the heart-shaped backdrop and rose-lined aisle, to the disco balls, diner-inspired details, photo games, tattoo station and even a live performance from Harley himself, every part of the day felt intentional and completely them. And then there were the little comforts that made the day feel even more personal. There is something so special about seeing couples bring the things they love into their wedding day and for Angie & Harley, that meant sharing some classic comfort foods with the people they love. Because honestly, there is nothing quite like pizza and ice cream at a wedding. But underneath all of that creativity was the same thing that makes every wedding special, the love, the laughter and the connection between two people who are so perfectly themselves. Angie & Harley reminded me why I love what I do. Every couple brings their own story, their own energy and their own way of seeing the world, and it’s such a privilege to translate that into a film that feels uniquely theirs. A Wedding Film Inspired by Their Unique Style When it came to creating their wedding film, Angie & Harley wanted something that felt as unique as they are as a couple. They were drawn to the filmmaking style of Wes Anderson, the playful details, carefully composed frames, symmetry and quirky storytelling that make his films instantly recognisable. They loved the idea of bringing some of that personality into their wedding film while still keeping the heart and emotion of their day at the centre. Their film became a reflection of both sides of their relationship — the deep connection, the heartfelt moments and the fun, playful energy that makes Angie & Harley who they are. The Moments That Matter Most A major part of their day was focused on family, particularly Angie’s parents. While they aren’t always outwardly emotional, having those moments preserved on film meant the world to Angie. Sometimes the quietest moments become the ones we treasure most, a look, a hug, a laugh or a moment we never knew we would want to remember forever. Another important part of their day was honouring Dutch. Although he wasn't physically present, Angie & Harley wanted to include a subtle tribute that helped them feel close to his memory. It wasn’t about focusing on his absence, but celebrating the love and connection that remains. So that when they look back at their wedding film, they can feel both the joy of their day and the warmth of his spirit. View Lis and Ben's wedding View my portfolio

  • Weddings in Spain | hayleynarvaez

A guide to getting married in Spain by an experienced destination wedding videographer. Sitting on the fence as to whether or not you should invest in a videographer for your Spanish destination wedding? You’ve already chosen one of the most breathtaking places to say I do, Spain—now it’s time to make sure every incredible moment is captured forever. Time to get off that fence But you might be wondering if investing in a wedding videographer is worth it? well I'm here to tell you yes, absolutely yes it's worth every single penny. Trust me when I say, you won’t regret having a beautifully crafted film to relive your day. Photos are an amazing keepsake, but they can’t capture the emotion in your voice, the laughter of your guests, or the magic of your first dance in motion the way a film can. If you’re already making the investment in a stunning destination wedding, why not make sure those memories last forever? Think of it like this, the cake will get eaten, the flowers will wilt, but your film will last a lifetime. Reliving those moments. So you've chosen Spain for a reason, whether it holds a special place in your heart or you just want to get married somewhere exotic and continue the honeymoon from there. I get it! Imagine getting to relive this whenever you want? The way you felt when the golden Spanish light bathed the rolling vineyards, how the breeze lifted your veil against the backdrop of a centuries-old castle, or reliving the joyful cheers of loved ones as they made a toast under the twinkling Spanish lights. Your wedding isn’t just about a place; it’s about the feeling of being there. Am I painting a good picture yet? Share in the joy . You are getting married in Spain! How epic is that?! However, not everyone is going to be able to jump on a plane to Spain. That doesn’t mean that they have to miss out on your big day though! A wedding film lets you bring the experience home to family and friends, allowing them to feel the love, the energy, and the once-in-a-lifetime magic of it all. Yeh Yeh, but cant we just do that with content creation? Yes, but No. Content creation is fine for instant gratification but it doesn’t capture the depth, emotion, or the full atmosphere of the day in a way that a videographer can. Wedding videography is about storytelling. It’s a carefully crafted film that captures not just the moments but the emotions of your wedding day. not only do videographers use high quality cameras but they also use professional audio equipment to record high quality audio of your vows, speeches and in-between moments. Don't let it be your regret One of the biggest regrets many couples have, regardless of where they are getting married, is not hiring a videographer. Future-you will be so grateful to have invested in these moments and to have had them preserved for the rest of your lives (and for your kids, grandkids, and beyond!).

  • Margaret River Wedding Videographer | Hayley Narvaez

Ben and Sari's Margaret River wedding at Masseria Restaurant is fun, heartfelt & bold. Cinematic storytelling by Hayley Narvaez Films. sari and Ben Margaret river WEDDING | western australia Sari & Ben’s Elegant Perth Wedding | A Celebration of Love, Rain & Unforgettable Moments Masseria 27 March 2026 Vendors: Videography: Hayley Narvaez Films Photography: Tessa Kit Wedding planners: Confetti and Co THe sneak peek Sometimes the moments you don’t plan for become the moments you remember the most. For Sari & Ben, their wedding day came with a little uncertainty. With a cyclone approaching Northern Western Australia and the possibility of rain reaching Perth and Margaret River Region, there was a chance their outdoor plans might need to change. But instead of letting the weather take away from the day, Sari & Ben embraced it and it ended up creating something even more beautiful. Moments I Loved Capturing Sari was determined to continue with their outdoor ceremony, and I’m so glad she did. The rain added something so special to the atmosphere. The soft skies, the emotion of the ceremony and the beautiful surroundings all came together to create a moment that felt romantic, intimate and completely unique to their wedding day. It was a beautiful reminder that weddings don’t have to be perfect to be magical. Sometimes the unexpected moments are the ones that make a film feel real. Their ceremony was also made even more personal with the inclusion of someone very special — their beloved dog, who took on the important role of ring bearer. It was such a fun and meaningful addition to their day, and a beautiful reflection of how much their furry family member means to them. A Day Filled With Elegance & Celebration Sari & Ben’s wedding was the perfect combination of elegance, style and celebration. From the very beginning, their day felt elevated and thoughtfully planned. Ben’s morning began on a yacht before taking off by helicopter to make his way to the reception, a moment that perfectly captured the scale and excitement of their celebration. Their ceremony and cocktail hour were accompanied by live music, adding such a beautiful atmosphere as guests gathered, celebrated and enjoyed the beginning of the evening together. A Party To Remember What I loved most about Sari & Ben’s wedding was the way they embraced every part of the day — the elegance, the celebration and even the rain. Because at the end of the day, the most memorable weddings aren’t the ones where everything goes exactly to plan. They’re the ones where couples are fully present, surrounded by the people they love, making memories they’ll never forget. And Sari & Ben’s wedding was exactly that. • Meet Hayley | Perth Wedding Filmmaker & Storyteller

Hayley Narvaez is a Perth-based wedding filmmaker blending documentary and cinematic storytelling to capture real, unscripted love stories. MEET HAYLEY Perth wedding filmmaker I believe film has the power to transport you back in time in a way nothing else can. Not just through visuals, but through sound: your voices, your words, the atmosphere of the day. These are the things that fade fastest from memory, and the things I'm most intentional about preserving. Every couple has a unique narrative that deserves to be told with heart, humour, and a touch of cinematic flair. My films are more than just beautiful visuals; they're a genuine exploration of your personalities, your spontaneous dance moves, and every unscripted laugh between vows. With a documentary-style approach and an editorial aesthetic, I bring out the raw and revelatory moments that make your wedding unmistakably yours. Working across mixed media, including digital, Super 8, and handycam footage, my storytelling is designed to make you feel seen, celebrated, and remembered: today, tomorrow, and for years to come. My FILMS My approach On your wedding day, my presence is calm, intuitive, and unobtrusive. I won't stage moments or interrupt the natural flow of the day; instead, I quietly observe, allowing things to unfold as they are, so your film reflects your connection, your people, and your story truthfully. Many couples tell me they felt completely at ease, like I was simply another familiar presence there to celebrate alongside them. To me, that comfort is essential; it's what allows real moments to happen. What is there to know about me? I called the world my home for five incredible years, filling my soul with jaw-dropping views, unforgettable flavours, and the magic of new cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. These experiences ignited a real love for videography. I found myself dabbling in shaky, overexposed travel videos, filming beautiful families in Spain, and teaching myself, every day, how to master this amazing art form. That love of travel now shapes my work as a destination wedding videographer across Europe, from Spain to Italy and beyond. I met my husband while living in Spain, and we now have two beautiful daughters who challenge me, surprise me, and keep me growing every day. They are also my greatest joy and the reason for my being. I think of myself as a bit of an introverted badass. I'm quiet by nature (until you get to know me), but bold in life. I've jumped out of planes, shark cage dived in South Africa, camped next to lions in Tanzania, and camped among elephants in Botswana, because why not make life an adventure? Every corner of my home holds a story. It's a tapestry of my travels, filled with art and meaningful pieces reflecting the places I've explored and the experiences that have inspired me. Notas de Amor Kim + Rennie "Oh my god Hayley!!!! I know everyone is bias in loving their own wedding videos but this is BEYOND. I will be shouting your name from the top of the hills to everyone. We watched this about 20 times last night and I was a blubbering mess each time. How you incorporated Maddie in the video I will be eternally grateful. The way the speeches are incorporated..... omg I don't even know how you do it! Extraordinary talent and passion. We also watched ALL the other videos that followed of your work for other couples and are completely blown away. Your attention to detail, calming presence on the day and final products is truly out of this world. " Sabrina + Joe "OH MY GOD soooo many tears tonight!!! We've watched it 4 times already and about to be 5! We are absolutely in love with it! You have done a phenomenal job, you've really made us feel like we're right back in the midst of one of the best days of our lives! You captured everything perfectly and made it feel so personal and special! I cannot wait to show our baby girls this beautiful beautiful video. Thank you so much Hayley! We will be recommending you to EVERYONE (once you're back in action of course!) Also, the fact you've done this all whilst being busy baking your little one is just amazing!!! Even more praise " Thank you thank you thank you" Cleo and Isiah "She gets to know the couple prior to the day, not only as a couple but individually which assured us she takes so much pride and time in her work" "We adored having Hayley as our videographer in 2023. Prior to the big day her communication was helpful, clear and she gave us so much ease and made us feel calm. At our wedding she was absolutely phenomenal again with her communication, she put everyone at ease and she captured the perfect moments. Our guests even commented that she fit in like one of our guests which was very important to us. She gets to know the couple prior to the day, not only as a couple but individually which assured us she takes so much pride and time in her work (which you can see for yourself). Because she got to know us, she knew what was important to us on the day. We absolutely love our video, every single moment captured gives us the feelings and emotions from the day which is so special. It honestly came out incredible and I couldn't be more thankful. I cannot recommend Hayley enough. I would book her over and over again. We are so thankful for you." Think we would make a good match ? Enquire now
